Now on Draft:

vox pop customer favorite:
DOGFISH HEAD 60 Minute IPA

Nice golden color- the head was amazing- about a half inch- very fluffy and light. Smelled of citrusy hops- very potent and fresh- almost zesty. The 60 Min hops are quite distinct- more sweet than bitter. -A Reviewer on BeerAdvocate.com

2006 Terra Savia Unoaked Chardonnay

Sanel Valley Vineyards is located in the southern most wine-growing region along the Russian River in beautiful Mendocino, CA.
They practice fish-friendly farming (no run off into the river).  They also enable land conservation and set aside a balanced amount of land for wildlife, which is showcased on their label.
Fresh and clean because the wine is never in contact with oak barrels.

2005 Chateau Meric Graves Bordeaux

This is a blend of two varietals:  Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon

This Chateau belongs to the Barron Family, where they have  been harvesting organic grapes since 1964.

 Red

2005 Terra Savia Merlot
Smooth and subtle, with hints of black cherries, berries, cassis, and vanilla. The vanilla is present because this wine is aged in American oak.

   2004 Minola Barbera
This wine is made from Biodynamic Grapes grown in Northern Italy.
Biodynamic agriculture involves holistic development of the soil through composts contrived of the immediate terroir's plants and animals.
 -  Biodynamic farming also involves the attention to the astronomical calendar.

Gaffel Kolsch (Cologne, Germany)

The laws protecting the brewing of Kolsch are as strict as Germany's Purity Law of 1516. Kolsch Beer can only be brewed within the city of Cologne. As the best-known Kolsch Brewery, Gaffel's flavor is derived from an ale yeast that is "lagered" or aged in cold cellars. Gaffel is pale and faintly fruity with a crisp hop finish.   The city of Cologne or Koln is located on the Rhine River and north of Munich. In Koln, Germany's third largest city, Kolsch beer is nearly the only beer people drink. Gaffel Kolsch is the favorite of Koln.

What makes Gaffel Kolsch so special?

Like Champagne in France, authentic Kolsch beer can only come from Koln. No other beer in the world has the taste of an ale and a lager. Gaffel Kolsch is light and refreshing but not with an intense hop finish. Gaffel is distinctive and elegant; served in the traditional Kolsch glass.   Gaffel's light and refreshing taste compliments almost all foods. Gaffel Kolsch is perfect for special gatherings. It is superbly drinkable and subtle without being too filling.

Fresh from the brewery over in Red Hook, we proudly feature Sixpoint Craft Ale on tap. We pour the Oatmeal Stout, and the Brownstone Ale.

All Sixpoint Craft Ales are unpasteurized and unfiltered and brewed exclusively in Brooklyn, NY, using predominantly domestic hops, European malts, a special house yeast, and 100% New York City tap water.

BROWNSTONE ALE

The Brownstone Ale is our signature Brooklyn ale. Its diverse blend of 11 different malt varieties creates an unmistakable chocolate flavor. Its unique sense of style is like no other beer in the world.
